If you don’t know the part number please supply as much detail as possible, using some or all of the steps below.

1. Make (manufacturer) Model of equipment 

2. Part number  (some parts catalogs are listed below)

3. Detailed description of part (s) .. e-mail or fax page

4. Digital photo of part (s) .. this will expedite your   request if part is obsolete or part number not available.

5. Send your request by e-mail to support@cannondirect.com

Don’t forget to attach a digital photo or copy of parts page.
